Douglas R. Cook joins MIRL as an Affiliate Professor. He will assist MIRL establish an applied Conflict Minerals Research & Education Laboratory. He has 35 years global emerging market mineral exploration and copper-aluminum continuous wire rod manufacturing experience. Mr. Cook has extensive work experience across Alaska as well as throughout Asia, the Arab Gulf, the Arabia Peninsula and East Africa. He is a Japanese speaker and Arab tribal culture specialist.
